“ After months of planning to try smoke and spice, I had finally managed to drop by today during lunch. The staff was nice since at that time I was the only diner around. The place is good, and I ordered the smoked beef belly and the hotdog for takeout. The beef belly is good, just enough to satiate my curiosity with their meat. The meat is tender, but i was expecting more, and their sauce is okay. But I was really expecting a more flavourful meat and sauce. The hotdog I brought home is huge, spicy, and grilled just enough. And I like their mustard sauce on it. So overall, it was nice to finally try their menu, but I am not yet done since I must try their pork soon. ”
